Rain With Strong Wind Predicted to Occur in Jabodetabek

Climatology Meteorology and Geophysics Board (BMKG) predicted light-moderate rain to fall Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) starting this afternoon to night.

Be aware of moderate rain accompanied by lightning and strong wind in a short duration

"This morning is cloudy with a chance of light rain to fall Seribu Islands," said Hary T. Djatmiko, Head Division of BMKG's Public Relation, Friday (4/21).

In the afternoon, light rain is predicted to fall South Jakarta, East Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bekasi, while moderate rain is predicted to fall Depok and Bogor.

Rain With Strong Wind Predicted to Occur in Jabodetabek

At night, light rain is predicted to fall Seribu Islands, North Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Bogor, while at dawn is predicted to be cloudy.

"Be aware of moderate rain accompanied by lightning and strong wind in a short duration in South Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Depok in the afternoon to night," he closed.

Meanwhile, Jakarta's temperature for today could reach 23-34 Celsius degree with humidity around 60-95 percent and east-south wind velocity that could reach 05-20 kilometers per hour.
